Integrated Vascular Services (IVS) and Vascular Wellness
Effective June 1, 2026
We are excited to announce that Vascular Wellness is growing again!
Effective June 1, 2026, Integrated Vascular Services (IVS), a long-time leading mobile PICC provider in Ohio and western Pennsylvania, merged with Vascular Wellness. Since its inception more than 15 years ago, Vascular Wellness consistently has been ahead of the curve in innovating and delivering the most robust and comprehensive vascular access service offerings available in the country. This new partnership brings these innovative and expanded vascular access services, which include nurse-placed advanced central lines at the bedside and unmatched education and training, across a larger geographic area in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The new combined company services the market as Integrated Vascular Services, a division of Vascular Wellness.
IVS and Vascular Wellness
Two Companies. Same Unwavering Dedication to Quality Patient Care
Integrated Vascular Services has a long history of providing the highest quality and most client- and patient-centered care and education in healthcare facilities in Ohio and western Pennsylvania. As a locally-owned and clinically driven mobile PICC and vascular access services company, Integrated Vascular Services has been a trusted partner to numerous healthcare facilities in the Midwest for over 20 years.
Vascular Wellness has been providing innovative and comprehensive mobile vascular access services at the bedside for more than 15 years and – similar to Integrated Vascular Services – is locally owned and clinically driven, ensuring quality patient care and attention is always a priority. In addition to placing both Standard lines and Advanced central lines at the bedside, Vascular Wellness offers an array of Education and Training that can be customized to facilities and individuals as needed.

IVS and Vascular Wellness
The First to Bring Innovative and Advanced Vascular Access Services to Ohio and western Pennsylvania
The new combined company provides Ohioans, Pennsylvanians and those in surrounding areas with several innovative and advanced vascular access offerings that, until now, have not been available except by Vascular Wellness in their service areas in the Southeast and Oklahoma.
Some of the Expanded Mobile Vascular Service Offerings Include:
Lower Cost, Nurse-Placed Advanced Central Lines at the Patient’s Bedside
Vascular Wellness innovated and launched nurse-placed Small Bore Internal Jugular, Mid-Thigh Femoral, and Axillary Lines at the patients’ bedside more than 15 years ago. Over the past several years, Vascular Wellness added Large Bore Vascath for Dialysis, Quad Lumen Lines, Tunneled Permcaths for Dialysis, Tunneled Central Lines, and Arterial Lines. Making these critical, life-saving services available to Ohio and Pennsylvania patients is a tremendous gain for the community.
Additional Comprehensive and Customizable Vascular Access Education & Training
In addition to the comprehensive education courses that Integrated Vascular Services provides, Vascular Wellness Education & Training courses cover a broad range of topics, including hands-on classroom (didactic, simulation, mannequin-based), CEs, and incorporate live stick precepting and competency – which is rarely found in the marketplace. Unlike any other company, our courses are taught by experienced, practicing and/or Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC) nurse clinician experts who regularly place vascular access devices in patients and train/precept nurses, and courses are customizable to incorporate a facility’s equipment, supplies, policies, and more.
Increased Accessibility to Vascular Access Services Across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Beyond
Additional focused commitment backed by Vascular Wellness extends our reach to serve a larger geographic area and help more healthcare facilities deliver the highest quality, patient-centered vascular access care that our current clients and patients value today. This partnership also brings expanded access to vascular access services in Hospital at Home Programs, Hospice, private at-home patients, and more.
Extensive, Customized Program Management Offerings
Client offerings incorporate full administrative support services, including Procedure Documentation, Vascular Access Coding with EHR/CHR Charge Integration, Infection Control & Prevention, Quality Service Reports, The Joint Commission Survey participation, and HIPAA, HITECH, and Privacy compliance.
Responsive, Quality, Accessible, Same Day, Any Day Vascular Access
Integrated Vascular Services clients will continue to enjoy a 24/7 live and staffed Vascular Support Team call center for placing orders, scheduling service in advance, asking questions, troubleshooting and more.

IVS Clients – FAQs:
Will the Integrated Vascular Services (IVS) Name Change?
The Integrated Vascular Services name will generally stay the same for now with a slight modification to reflect the partnership and collaboration with Vascular Wellness. As such, the new brand name is Integrated Vascular Services, a division of Vascular Wellness.
Will We Continue to Work with the Same People?
Yes, the current Integrated Vascular Services company contacts and vascular access nurses who service your facilities today will continue in this new partnership.
Will there be a Change or Interruption in Services?
No, there will be no interruption in our delivery of exceptional and responsive vascular access services.
Will Service Areas be Affected?
One of the many benefits of this partnership is the additional investment in Ohio and western Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. With the help of Vascular Wellness, the service offerings will be expanding to a larger geographic area to help additional healthcare facilities deliver the highest quality, patient-centered care that our current clients value today.
Will there be New Service Offerings?
Yes, partnering with Vascular Wellness will bring the addition of advanced central lines at the bedside. In addition to PICCs, Midlines and PIVs, we will be providing the following innovative nurse-placed lines to the bedside: Small and Large Bore Internal Jugular, Small Bore Mid-Thigh Femoral, Tunneled Central Lines and Permcaths, Axillaries, and Arterial Lines. These advanced central lines enable us to provide critically needed vascular access for patients with renal failure and kidney disease via Vascaths for temporary dialysis and Permcaths.
Will there be a Change in Supplies Used?
Vascular Wellness uses top-rated, hospital preferred supplies from BD (Becton Dickinson, formerly Bard), and your patients and facilities will continue to benefit from the highest quality catheter kits, equipment and supplies, including ECG Tip Confirmation technology not found on cheaper alternatives (some of which are used by other mobile companies). ECG Tip Confirmation enables the line to be used immediately by reducing the need for X-ray tip confirmation, which otherwise adds costs and delays to therapy that are unknown or not captured by those mobile company clients.
Will there be a Change in my Contract?
No, all contracts will generally remain the same with the exception of assignment from Integrated Vascular Services to Vascular Wellness Central, LLC, until the inclusion of additional services such as advanced central lines.

In the coming months, the IVS team will be fully integrated with the Vascular Wellness 24/7 Vascular Support Team (VST) Call Center for ordering services, including scheduling orders in advance.
